The program aims to create awareness and develop skills among women professionals that can aid in accelerating their personal and professional performance
Pre-session feedback, Reflective exercises, psychometric assessments, role plays, videos case study and group discussions. ‘Interpersonal Challenge’ is an experiential approach to address an immediate, significant and complex interpersonal situation and strive for a breakthrough while receiving peer coaching support. The participants will be working in groups for the interpersonal challenge supported by group coaching.

The objective of this programme is to raise women participants awareness and develop skills for transformation into leadership positions. Discussions during the sessions include broad range of themes that equip women with the necessary knowledge, attitudes and skills that will enhance their ability to plan and prepare for career progression. The training will expose them to a variety of executive dimensions that are required at leadership positions.
