Day 3

  • Engaging Safety Leadership in BBS: Attendees will learn the pivotal role of management in promoting BBS, encouraging team participation, and fostering a safety-oriented culture.

Day 4

  • Safety Communication Strategies for Senior Management: Crafting effective safety messages for diverse audiences and developing strategies for engaging teams and ensuring clear safety communication.
