Leading Change and Building High Performance Culture

What does it mean to truly change something? How does one persuade others to change? How do we reduce roadblocks to change? Leaders in order to lead the change, need to relook at how they lead, communicate goals, organize their teams, influence others, track progress and measure success and enable high performance. This course is designed to enable participants understand the process of strategic organizational change, and to equip them with conceptual tools required to make strategic change efforts successful, based on research and proven methodologies.
