Warehouse Layout design - Manufacturing Warehouse; Pharmaceutical Warehouse; Fulfilment centre layout design.
Factory Modelling: Manufacturing Process – Product, Process and Flexible Manufacturing Process. Production planning - Material requirement and Planning; Master Production Schedule; Design of Experiments – TAGUCHI. Manufacturing Network Design – Social Network Analysis.
Day 2:
Factory Analytics: Time Series Analysis - Machine performance; Bottle necks. Machine Learning: Predictive maintenance forecasting; Remaining useful life (RUL); Man-machine movement using A* algorithm.
Factory Simulations and Digital Twins: Manufacturing process simulations and digital twins using FLEXSIM, ANYLOGISTIX, EXCEL, MATLAB and PYTHON tools.
